Leadership As Mission in Practice

YESHUA’S L.A.M.P.
Discipling believers to be His light-right where God has placed them.
"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." - Matthew 5:14-16
Let's be real, are you living a divided life?
Faith over here. Work over there. You know you're called to something more...but how do you lead boldly in a culture that doesn't always welcome your faith? What if your workplace is your mission field?
God never intended for us to walk this journey alone.
He calls us into community, to encourage one another, grow together, and live lives that glorify Him in everything we do, including our work.
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds… encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
(Hebrews 10:24–25)
But how do we live that out in the workplace?
Yeshua’s L.A.M.P. was formed as a calling from God, a response to the need for revival, encouragement, and biblical leadership among believers in the marketplace.
We’re here to build up Christian leaders with the spiritual tools, wisdom, and accountability they need to fulfill the Great Commission — right where God has placed them.
